Hi...welcome to my website to know on what had happened in the HBP learning. On 6th July 2009, I am so glad to be at E48B hall because we were introduced to the HBP lecturers. Our studio master, Mr. Wan Burhanuddin Wan Abidin had given us some useful documentation and information about reading. We learnt about what to read, when to read, simplest to read and tools to. He taught us how to create the wesite without plagirizing. We also had divided into several groups to conduct 10 projects.Before I go further, let me introduce myself...

ABOUT ME

My name is RAMIZAH BINTI ABDUL SHUKOR. I came from KUALA BERANG, TERENGGANU DARUL IMAN. Before this, I studied at MARA JUNIOR SCIENCE COLLEGE JELI(2003-2005), MARA JUNIOR SCIENCE COLLEGE K.TERENGGANU(2004-2007) and PAHANG MATRICULATION COLLEGE. I am the SECOND from 5 SIBLINGS. My father works as a policeman while my mother is full time housewife. I choose QUANTITY SURVEYING as my first choice because I like so much IN calculating, construction, and communicate to the other people that looks available. Originality vs plagiarism:

• Plagiarism is something that stealing the work of someone else. We can get penalty when we do so. We need to try our best to maintain our originality in creating the website.

ThURSdAY.....

Our moment in Big BAng....

On 9th July 2009, we had gathered in front of the E48B hall to join the Big Bang activities. We were given the choices either to join the futsal game or netball game. My friends and I were prefered to go to the futsal game at hockey stadium because

it is nearby to our hostel, Saujana. Before I forgot, I would like to tell you that our existence there were just as the cheers team. The Big Bang activities were organized by the seniors of HBP school. They also join the games. Now, I would like to tell you more of what had happened at the futsal game. The game was started at 6p.m. Actually, it was already late because we were still waiting for the players. In this game, the seniors must compete with the juniors to be

a champion. There was two futsal courts which were for the women and the men. At the end of the story, the senior teams win the game. Everyone showed their exhausted face eventhough they enjoy so much in the game. The game finished at 7.30p.m. That's all. Bye....

10th July 2009,
At 2.00 p.m to 4 p.m, there was an open ceremony of Big Bang. It was launched by Prof. Ir.Dr. Mahyuddin Ramli, our dean of HBP school. We were required to wear Big Bang shirt at that moment. Prof. Dr. Aldrin also was invited to give his speech. In the speech, we were told about 4B. There were image Building, self Building, team Building

and capacity Building.
At 5.30 p.m, we gathered at Futsal court to watch the game among the seniors vs juniors and our lecturers. Some of the other people were already at hockey stadium, to practice the other sport event like tennis, badminton, long jump and so on. At the futsal court, each team showed their high spirit to win the game. While the rest were required to gather in the group provided. I was in group 6 out of 12 groups. Each group was lead by the second year seniors. My group and group 5 were brought by our seniors to the behind of the stadium. There was an ice breaking among the seniors and juniors. I introduced myself in front of them even I know, there was only a quarter of them who can remember my name. At night, the ice breaking continued. Everybody were asked to bring the scissors, glue, marker pen and the other stuff they like. It was held at Dataran Merah. We need to desig

n our own sculpture by using the manila cards provided.

Then, each group needs to make cheers while they present their sculpture. The marks were given, based on the cooperation in the group, the uniqueness and the firm of the sculpture. On that night, the rain fell wih non-stop and we have to walk back to our hostel by ourselves. We got difficulties in the rain when the wind blew hardly. All my dress and shoes were wet badly because it was no umbrella. It was hard to me to walk in the rain especially it was my first time.

11th July 2009,
At 10.00 a.m, we gathered again at Dataran Merah. We were asked to sit in the

group to do the soft landing. The facilitators provided the papers, the plastic, an egg and a bundle of strow and rope to each group. We had cooperated well to do the soft landing structure together. It took 3 hours to finish it. At 2.30 p.m, there was a climax time because we need to launch our soft landing structure. We launched it from the third floor at the studio building. The egg provided should be put inside the structure built while it was launched. One person in each group would handle it while the rest took over the cheers. Gratefully, our group won in the second placed in that soft landing. There was a several group who have turned their egg into the yolk.
At night, we had an explorace. Our group combined with group 5 to be the group 3. There was seven stations all in that game. We were so excited to complete in each task given. The experience that I can't remember was during we have to put flour mixed cold water powder onto our face. I felt so sticky and it looked likes a ghost face. Haha... Our group won in the first placed in that explorace.

12th July 2009,
We were given a task to do the performance about metamorphosis. Metamorphosis is something change from one stage into another stage. It was held at Dataran Merah from 10.00 a.m until 5.00 p.m. We gathered there as the group 3. We practiced the performance with a full cooperation from each member.
At night, we have a grand dinner. Each group must perform their performance in front of the audiences and the V.I.P invited. The first turn performance was my group! I was so nervors on the stage. At that moment, I played my role as a Malay traditional dancer. At that dinner, everybody were required to wear the mask. My mask was so beautiful, matched with its price of RM12.00.A king and a queen for our batch were announced to Faiz and Farah. The dinner ended with the performance of the seniors and the presents giving to the winner.

EXISTENCE...

THE EXISTENCE...
17th July 2009,
We have learnt about existence at E48B hall, given by Wan B. He taught us of why do we exist and what are the rules of existence. The existence is something be there. We exist not for ourselves but to other people too. The contents of the Quoting the book was :

• And I have not created the men except that they should serve me.

• Follow what has been revealed to you from your Lord and do not follow guardians besides Him, how little do you mind.

• Just follow anything given to you don't follow anyone else.

There were many ways of wearing sarong, depending on someone interest.

THE OBELISK

THE OBELISK...
Before we constructing the projected obelisk, we were required to create the identity and intention consists of :

• A4 board catalog
• Company name
• Company motto
• Company name card
• What binds you as a company(100 words) ?
• Obelisk design
• Design principle

Our company name is Sweet Bees, with motto "together as bees". We had attended a briefing by Mr.Wan B on how to produce an obelisk as specified in figure 1.
Each obelisk must has height of 3000mm and come out with cube as a base (500x500x500)mm. The materials used to construct the obelisk are depending on each company as long as they are zero cost, recyclable, and could be carryable by 5 people.


First of all, we were all together went to a construction site to look for woods as the main material for our obelisk. The woods were cut off by 3m height and some were 0.5m height.
The other material used were :

• Nails
• Saw
• Banner
• Hammer

The figure shows on how the woods were brought into the bus to go to HBP school. There were no more other suitable transporter to carry woods of 3m height except by USM bus.

THE MASK

THE MASK....20th July 2009,,,

From the Yahoo! education dictionary, the mask is defined as the covering worn on the face to conceal one's identity. How to make mask? See the tools and the ingredients below:

• Tissues
• white egg
• paper
• pail
• water
• water colour
• brush
• marker
• glue
• scissors

Steps:

1. Fill the water into the pail.
2. Tear the paper into the smaller pieces and dip it into the water.
3. Apply the white egg onto the face.
4. Paste the tissues to the face as the second layer.
5. Let the face dry for 20 minutes.
6. Paste the paper onto the face by using the glue.
   
7. Repeat step 4 till you satisfy with the thickness.

Sheet 1 : Solid 6-sided cubes
There is 7 cubes that indicate the amount of members in my family. The cubes are belongs to me, my dad, my mum, my oldest sister, Yong, my only one brother, Azri, and my sisters, Neni and Hazirah. These cubes are drawn at one point perspective, known as the vanishing point.





Sheet 2 : 4&5 sided cuboid boxes,
In the second sheet, there is also 7 cuboids drawn at one point perspective. It indicates 7 different venues that I had ever learnt at. There are SK Tengku Ampuan Intan, SMK Tengku Ampuan Intan (Kuala Berang,Trg), Mjsc Jeli (Kelantan), Mjsc Kuala Terengganu, Akademi Binaan Malaysia (ABMWT), Pahang Matriculation College( Kmph), and now in USM. Thus, I have to jump from one box to another since I'm in primary school for the better life and future.










Sheet 3 : Transparent and translucent cubes on previous sarong sketches,
In the third sheet, there is more uniqueness drawing from the other two above. It is because we can see the sarong as the background of cubes. The cubes are arranged with upright and crosswise.





Conclusion...
There are all 7 cubes or cuboids for the three sheets above. Each sheet has its own special characteristics beyond on it. These sketches have been drawn on A2 catridge paper with shadow and shade for each cube or cuboid. They are drawn at one point perspective that showed three dimension (3D) effect.
